Request RidePal Account Deletion
Use this page if you cannot delete your account from the RidePal app. We will send a secure confirmation link to the email address attached to that username before deleting account data.
What happens next
- Enter the username for the RidePal account you want deleted.
- If it matches an account, we email the address already connected to that account.
- Open the confirmation link and press the final delete button.
- Account data is deleted unless limited retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the store that processed the purchase to stop future renewals.
For privacy, this page does not reveal whether a username exists. Check the account email inbox after submitting.
