Request RidePal Account Deletion
Use this page if you cannot delete your account from the RidePal app. We will use your username to locate the account and may follow up to verify the request before deleting account data.
What happens next
- We review the request and use the username to find the account.
- We may ask for more information to verify that the request is yours.
- Account data is deleted unless limited retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.
Reason and comments are optional, but they help us understand what went wrong and improve RidePal.
