Green Trail

The highlight at the Mutzkopf: the Green Trail. It starts at the highest point and leaves no stone unturned on the 1700-metre-route to get up a big grin on your face. At the start it’s uphill for a few metres. The Green Trail flows into the lower part of the Eleven Trail.

Kreuzmoos Trail

The Kreuzmoos Trail opens up the area south of the Mutzkopf. A beautiful single trail that shows the Mutzkopf at its best and also serves as an access route for the Gerry Tail.

Elven Trail

The starting point of this consistently downhill leading trail is the mountain restaurant just below the mountain station. With its partly quite direct line choice, the Eleven Trail is one of the longer runs on the Mutzkopf and extends to just below the valley station. Get on the cable car for another downhill ride, and another one!

Hofratstrail

The Hofratrail starts directly at the Bergkastel mountain station at 2,170 metres above sea level. Over a length of almost 2.2 kilometres, the trail winds its way through a unique Swiss stone pine forest in the upper section. The scenery changes again and again - the trail leads under the Bergkastel cable car, a little later over open areas, under the Goldsee cable car and back into the playful trail section through the stone pine forest. The trail is equipped with small tables and rollers as well as some stone fields (blue level of difficulty), which provide variety alongside a Northshore element. Advanced riders will find opportunities for doubles and other jumps. From here, there is a direct connection to the Goldsee cable car, which runs to the last third of the Zirbentrail. Via the Hofrat trail, you have the option of cruising a little further downhill to finally reach the red Bergkastel trail, which is much more difficult to ride and leads all the way down to Nauders. Alternatively, you can also descend into the valley via 4 parallel MTB routes.

Unterer Family Trail

The blue Lower Family Trail starts at Riatschhof and leads to the Mutzkopf Bahn valley station. The trail is ideal for beginners and mountain biking outings with children, featuring no significant technical challenges and offering plenty of fun. Over approximately 1.8 kilometers, the line first runs across a relatively wide meadow section and then continues along a narrow forest path.
