How to claim and manage your bike shop on RidePal
Bike shops and bike-rental businesses can manage their RidePal listing through the RidePal Business Portal.
Claiming your listing
RidePal sends a private invitation to a verified business email address. Open the link in that email, then connect your existing RidePal account or create a free account. The invitation link is single-use and expires after 30 days.
If your business has not received an invitation, email contact@ridepal.app with your business name, location, website, and a business email address that RidePal can verify.
Returning to your business dashboard
After accepting an invitation, visit the RidePal Business Portal and sign in with the same RidePal account. Your claimed listings will appear in the dashboard.
What you can update
Business owners can submit updates including:
- Business name, description, address, and contact details
- Website, booking link, opening hours, and social links
- Mountain-bike services, rentals, supported disciplines, and brands
- Storefront, shop, rental-fleet, team, and other business photos
RidePal reviews submitted changes before they are published. If changes are requested, return to the business dashboard, update the submission, and send it for review again.
