How to cancel or manage your subscription

RidePal Pro is sold through your platform’s store (Apple App Store or Google Play). RidePal does not charge your card directly or cancel subscriptions inside our servers—you always manage renewal with Apple or Google.

If you subscribed on iPhone, use Apple’s tools. If you subscribed on Android, use Google Play, even if you also use RidePal on another device later.

iOS (RidePal for iPhone / iPad)

From inside RidePal

  1. Open the Profile tab, then open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the Support section.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription. Apple’s subscription management sheet opens so you can view your plan, change options if available, or cancel renewal.
  4. In the same Support section you can use Restore Purchases if Pro should be active but the app doesn’t see it after a reinstall or new device.
  5. Redeem Offer Code is also there if you have an App Store offer code for RidePal.

From the iOS Settings app (alternative)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Choose RidePal.
  5. Use Cancel Subscription or adjust options as shown.

You can also open Apple’s account subscriptions page in a browser while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Android (RidePal from Google Play)

Subscription management for RidePal on Android is done in Google Play. The RidePal Android app does not currently expose a “Manage subscription” row in Settings; use Play instead.

From the Google Play Store app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top right).
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Select RidePal.
  6. Tap Cancel subscription (or change plan if Google offers one).

From the web (same Google account)

Sign in at Google Play Subscriptions and open RidePal to cancel or manage renewal.

After you cancel

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You usually keep RidePal Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. Exact wording and dates appear on Apple or Google’s subscription screen.

Refunds and billing questions

Apple and Google handle payments and refund rules. For charges or refunds, use their support flows (Report a Problem on Apple; Play Help for Google). RidePal support can help with app issues but cannot always change store-side subscription state.
